The exciting and innovative Acuter Traverse lifestyle mount outfit is both a highly portable computerised Go-To Alt-Azimuth mount for astronomy as well as being a mount capable of fully fledged Time-Lapse photography using your smartphone.
With it's built-in Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, it has been designed to be used anywhere, without any reliance on any other Wi-Fi networks, and controlled wirelessly with your Smartphone or Tablet using the free Acuter Sky or Acuter Landscape Apps for iOS or Android.
The Acuter Traverse Mount & Acuter Sky App provide full computerised Go-To control of a compact telescope OTA up to 2.5kg, allowing it to be automatically slewed to any one of the objects in the App’s extensive database of 11,000+ celestial objects. After entering your coordinates into the App and following a simple alignment procedure, you are ready to explore the universe using the App’s intuitive touchscreen menu.
Using the Acuter Traverse Mount with the included Time-Lapse Kit & Acuter Landscape App, it allows you to take creative & visually inspiring time-lapse photos and movies with unusual, interesting perspectives & pans using your smartphone. Within the App, there is extensive controllability available such as choosing the speed, shooting time, rotation angle, rotation direction & number of round trips.
