Placing an Order
Making an on-line order is safe and easy. Please select those items you wish to purchase from our goods catalogue and click the "Add to Basket" button against the corresponding products to put them into your Shopping Basket. Please select the quantity you require. Click the 'Review & Check Out' button when you have put all the goods you require into your Basket. Select your delivery option and location and click 'Checkout' to proceed to the following step.
If you are a registered user, please enter your email and password. If this is the first time you are shopping with us, please fill in the Registration form.
Please choose your payment option and click continue. If you are paying by credit/debit card complete your card details on our secure payment page and click ‘continue'. This completes your order and you will get a confirmation email from our server provided you have supplied us with a valid email address.
If you prefer payment by Bank Transfer then please arrange a bank transfer for the total of your order according to the account information and reference provided. Your order will be fulfilled as soon as the funds have cleared in our account. Click ‘continue'. This completes your order and you will get a confirmation email from our server provided you have supplied us with a valid email address.
Changing an Order

Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders same-day or next working day and we hold extensive stocks to provide the delivery right away. If there is a delay in our dispatch of your order, we will advise you accordingly. Click here to read full description of Delivery methods and details.
Products Warranty
All Products supplied through The Widescreen Centre on-line shop are covered by the Manufacturers' own warranty. it is usually for a period of twelve months from the date of delivery but can be longer with some Manufacturers. Please Contact Us if you need to confirm your Products' warranty period.
Manufacturers' warranty covers parts and labour to repair product that has became faulty due to manufacturing faults. Warranty does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or mishandling, or normal wear and tear. Goods returned as faulty will be returned to the Manufacturers' service centre. Any decisions on necessary repairs and charges will be final.
The warranty provided is UK warranty. For any overseas warranty issues, the customer is eligible for postage costs to us and back to them.

Returns and Cancellations
Customers in the UK are covered by the Consumer Protection (Distant Selling) Regulations 2000. You have the right to cancel an order without reason by the end of the 14th day after the day on which you receive your goods and to return the goods ordered and to receive a refund (less shipping or other costs incurred by us), within 30 days of the goods being received by us. For international credit/debit card payment refunds. All the goods purchased on our website are purchased in GBP. In the event of a refund the amount paid in GBP will be refunded. We are not liable for any reduction in funds you receive caused by exchange rates differences. Please check stock and shipping costs to your destination before making your purchases.
