Using the Night Vision Red Headlamp is simple and intuitive. First, install (2) AAA batteries, and then adjust the headlamp strap for a comfortable and secure fit, so it sits snugly on your head. Next, adjust the lamp’s pointing position up to 45° to direct the light exactly where you need it. Depending on the task at hand, the headlamp is equipped with two red brightness levels, a blinking light, and an SOS setting. You can walk around your observing site, read star charts, or even grab that eyepiece you left in your gear bag, all while preserving your night vision.
Rigorously tested to ensure reliability and longevity, the Celestron Night Vision Red Headlamp provides up to 100 hours of continuous illumination, when set to the low brightness setting.
